Comments: Pets are welcome; 1 pet per household, pets must have veterinary statement with size, breed and shots. Pets 20 pounds and under are $30 per month, pets over 20 pounds $30 per month plus an additional $2.00 per pound. No pets over 50 pounds will be permitted.
